I. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AngelImperatrix collects, uses, stores and otherwise processes Personal Data in connection with the Website, Services, Products and Accounts provided by the Provider.
AngelImperatrix is an independent creative and software development initiative engaged in the development and publication of video games, software applications, literary works and other digital and creative products, as well as the provision of online services and educational resources.

An Account may be used to access or authenticate with certain Services and Products and may contain information associated with the User's use of those Services and Products. The Personal Data processed through an Account may vary depending on the Services and Products used by the User and the functionality made available to that User.
Administrative Accounts may contain additional Personal Data and administrative information where necessary to authenticate, authorise and manage the administrative functions of the Provider. Access to User Data by ADMINs is restricted to the extent reasonably necessary for the performance of their authorised administrative, moderation, support, security or enforcement duties.
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data processed by the Provider in connection with the Services and Products to which this Privacy Policy applies. Certain Products or Third-Party Services may be subject to additional privacy notices or policies, which apply in addition to this Privacy Policy where applicable.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service and any applicable Product-Specific Terms. Where a separate privacy notice applies to a particular Product or Service, that notice may provide additional information concerning the processing of Personal Data specific to that Product or Service.
By creating an Account or using a Service or Product to which this Privacy Policy applies, the User acknowledges that the User has read this Privacy Policy and understands how the Provider processes Personal Data as described herein.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any rights or protections available to the User under Applicable Law.

III. Personal Data Collected

The Provider collects and processes Personal Data only to the extent reasonably necessary for the provision, operation, security and administration of the relevant Services and Products, or where otherwise required or permitted by Applicable Law.
The categories of Personal Data processed by the Provider may vary depending on whether the User creates an Account, which Services or Products the User accesses, whether the User publishes User Content, and whether the Account has been granted administrative privileges.
For a standard User Account, the Provider may process the following Personal Data:

  • the email address associated with the Account;
  • the username selected by the User;
  • the Display Name selected by the User, where applicable;
  • information indicating whether the email address associated with the Account has been verified;

Passwords are processed using appropriate cryptographic security measures and are not intended to be stored or handled as readable password information.
The Provider may process temporary verification information, including a verification token, when an Account is created in order to verify the User's email address and activate the Account. Such verification information is deleted after the verification process has been completed, subject to any limited retention necessary to address technical, security or verification-related issues.
Where a User publishes or otherwise makes User Content available through a Service, the Provider may process the Personal Data contained in or associated with that User Content. The treatment of Public User Content is described further in this Privacy Policy.
The Provider does not ordinarily require a User to provide their real name, physical address, telephone number, location information or other identifying information that is not necessary for the relevant Service or Product.
The Provider does not routinely retain IP addresses as part of ordinary Account or usage data. An IP address may nevertheless be processed or retained where reasonably necessary for security, enforcement measures such as an IP-based restriction, investigation of abuse or security incidents, or compliance with Applicable Law.
For Administrative Accounts, the Provider may additionally process:

  • the ADMIN's real first name and surname;
  • a second email address designated for administrative or work-related purposes and verified through the Provider's verification process;
  • the ADMIN's country;
  • the ADMIN's city;

The Provider may request an ADMIN to provide a legal or official document containing information sufficient to verify the ADMIN's identity where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve an issue concerning the authenticity or security of the ADMIN Account. Such a document is used solely for the relevant verification and is deleted immediately after the verification has been completed.
The Provider does not grant ADMINs unrestricted access to User Data. Access to User Data by an ADMIN is limited to the extent reasonably necessary for the ADMIN's authorised administrative, moderation, support, security or enforcement duties and may vary according to the ADMIN's assigned role or rank.

The Provider will not intentionally request special categories of Personal Data through the standard Account registration process.

IV. How Personal Data is Collected

The Provider may collect or receive Personal Data through the following means, depending on the Services and Products used by the User and the functionality made available through them.

Account Registration

When a User creates an Account, the Provider receives the email address, username and password information provided during registration.
The Provider may also process temporary verification information generated for the purpose of verifying the User's email address.
An Account cannot be used for authentication until the required email verification process has been completed.

Account Use and Authentication

When a User logs into or otherwise authenticates an Account, the Provider processes the information necessary to authenticate the Account and maintain the relevant session.
The Provider may process information concerning the current session, including its expiry, in order to maintain authenticated access and enforce session security.
Where the User selects a persistent sign-in option, the Provider may process the information necessary to maintain that functionality.

Use of Services and Products

The Provider collects information generated through the User's use of Services and Products where such information is necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
This may include information concerning Products connected to an Account, Progress Data, badges, achievements, scores, results and other activity associated with the relevant Service or Product.

When a User uses a Programming Tutorial, the Provider may receive and store information concerning the User's progress through that Programming Tutorial.

User Content

Where a User creates, uploads, submits, publishes or otherwise makes User Content available through a Service, the Provider receives and processes the relevant content and any Personal Data contained in or associated with it.
Public User Content may be visible to other Users or members of the public according to the functionality of the relevant Service.
Submissions made through Algorithmic Problems are not made publicly available merely because they have been submitted to the relevant Service.

Support and Other Communications

The Provider may receive Personal Data when a User contacts the Provider, including through the designated support email address or another communication channel made available by the Provider.
The information received may include the User's email address, the contents of the communication and any other information voluntarily provided by the User.

Administrative Accounts

Additional Personal Data may be collected when an Account is granted administrative privileges.
This may include the real first name and surname of the ADMIN, a second verified email address designated for administrative or work-related purposes, country, city and information necessary to establish and manage the ADMIN's role, rank and privileges.
Where reasonably necessary to verify the authenticity of an ADMIN Account, the Provider may also temporarily receive an official or legal document containing information sufficient for identity verification. Such a document is used solely for that verification and is deleted immediately after the verification has been completed.

Automatically Generated Security and Technical Information

The Provider may process information generated automatically through the operation of the Services and Products where reasonably necessary for authentication, security, enforcement, fraud prevention, incident investigation, system integrity or compliance with Applicable Law.
The Provider does not ordinarily collect or retain such information for the purpose of tracking a User's physical location or building a behavioural profile.

Information Provided Voluntarily

A User may voluntarily provide additional Personal Data through User Content, support communications, reports, comments, posts or other functionality.
The Provider does not require a User to provide Personal Data that is not reasonably necessary for the relevant Service or Product merely because such information may be voluntarily included by the User.
The Provider may receive Personal Data from third parties where reasonably necessary for the operation of a Service or Product, where the User has authorised such disclosure, or where required or permitted by Applicable Law.

V. Pruposes of Processing

The Provider processes Personal Data only for purposes reasonably connected with the operation, provision, security and administration of the Services and Products, or for other purposes permitted or required by Applicable Law.
Depending on the relevant Service, Product or Account, Personal Data may be processed for the following purposes.

Account Creation and Management

The Provider processes Account information in order to create, maintain, authenticate and manage Accounts.
This includes registering the Account, associating the Account with the relevant email address and username, maintaining the Account's status, and providing Account-related functionality.

The Provider processes the User's email address and temporary verification information in order to verify that the User has access to the email address provided during registration and to activate the Account.
Verification information may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary to address technical, security or verification-related issues and is otherwise deleted after the verification process has been completed.

This may include connecting an Account to Products, providing Account-based functionality, maintaining User preferences and providing functionality that depends upon persistent Account data.

Algorithmic Problems

The Provider may also process such information to maintain the User's history of Submissions, scores and results within the relevant Service.

Programming Tutorials

The Provider processes Progress Data in order to record, maintain and display a User's progress through Programming Tutorials and to allow the User to continue using the relevant educational functionality.

Achievements and Progress

The Provider processes scores, badges, achievements, completion information and other Progress Data in order to provide the relevant progression, achievement and recognition functionality of a Service or Product.

User Content and Community Features

The Provider processes User Content in order to provide features that allow Users to create, submit, publish, display, communicate or otherwise interact with User Content.
Where User Content is made publicly available, the Provider processes the relevant information in order to display and make that content available to other Users or members of the public through the relevant Service.

Moderation and Enforcement

The Provider may process User Data and User Content where reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms, applicable Product-Specific Terms, community rules or Applicable Law.
This may include reviewing reported or potentially prohibited content, investigating violations, applying moderation measures, restricting access to content or functionality, suspending or terminating Accounts, and preventing the circumvention of enforcement measures.

Security and Abuse Prevention

The Provider processes Personal Data where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity and proper operation of the Services, Products, Accounts and related infrastructure.
This may include detecting or investigating unauthorised access, abuse, malicious activity, security incidents, attempts to circumvent access controls and other conduct that may compromise the Services, Products, Users or Provider.

Administrative Operations

The Provider processes Administrative Data in order to establish, authenticate, authorise and manage ADMIN Accounts and their assigned administrative roles, ranks and privileges.
Administrative activity may be processed where reasonably necessary for moderation, support, security, auditing, investigation, enforcement and accountability.
Access to User Data by ADMINs is limited to the extent reasonably necessary for the performance of their authorised duties.

Support and Communications

The Provider processes Personal Data contained in support requests and other communications in order to receive, investigate and respond to questions, reports, requests, technical issues, security concerns and other matters raised by Users.

Account and Data Security

The Provider may process Personal Data where reasonably necessary to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Accounts, Services, Products and associated data.
This includes maintaining appropriate authentication and session controls, investigating security incidents and taking measures necessary to protect the Services and their Users.

Compliance with Applicable Law

The Provider may process Personal Data where necessary to comply with Applicable Law, lawful requests from competent authorities, legal obligations or legally enforceable rights and procedures.

Protection of Rights and Legitimate Interests

The Provider may process Personal Data where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Provider, Users or third parties, or prevent fraud, abuse or other unlawful conduct.
The Provider does not process Personal Data for behavioural advertising or for the creation of advertising profiles.
The Provider does not ordinarily process Personal Data for the purpose of determining a User's physical location, tracking the User across unrelated services or creating a behavioural profile of the User.
The Provider does not sell Personal Data to third parties.

VI. Legal Base for Processing

The Provider processes Personal Data only where a lawful basis for such processing exists under Applicable Law.
Depending on the nature and purpose of the processing, the Provider may rely on one or more of the following legal bases.

Performance of a Contract

The Provider may process Personal Data where such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User or in order to take steps at the User's request before entering into such a contract.
This may include processing necessary to:

  • create and maintain an Account;
  • verify an email address and activate an Account;
  • authenticate a User;
  • maintain sessions and provide Account functionality;
  • connect an Account to Products or Services;
  • retain and provide Progress Data;
  • receive, evaluate and return Submissions;
  • maintain scores, results, badges and achievements;
  • provide Programming Tutorial functionality;
  • provide other Services or Products requested or used by the User; and
  • provide functionality that forms part of the relationship between the User and the Provider.

Where processing is necessary for the performance of the relevant contract, the User may be unable to use the relevant Service or Product if the necessary Personal Data is not provided.

Legitimate Interests

The Provider may process Personal Data where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Provider or a relevant third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by the User's interests or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring protection of Personal Data.
Relevant legitimate interests may include:

  • maintaining the security and integrity of Accounts, Services, Products and related infrastructure;
  • detecting, investigating and preventing abuse, fraud, malicious activity and security incidents;
  • enforcing the Terms and applicable Product-Specific Terms;
  • moderating Public User Content and maintaining the proper operation of community features;
  • preventing the circumvention of Account restrictions, suspensions or terminations;
  • maintaining appropriate administrative and security controls;
  • auditing and investigating administrative activity;
  • protecting the rights, property, security and legitimate interests of the Provider, Users and third parties; and
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Where the Provider relies on legitimate interests, the processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and is subject to an assessment of the interests and rights involved.

Legal Obligations

The Provider may process Personal Data where such processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Provider is subject.
This may include retaining or disclosing information where required by Applicable Law, responding to lawful requests from competent authorities, or fulfilling other legally binding requirements.

Consent

The Provider may process Personal Data on the basis of the User's consent where consent is required by Applicable Law or where the Provider otherwise chooses to rely on consent for a specific processing purpose.
Where processing is based on consent, the Provider will request consent in accordance with the requirements applicable to valid consent.
A User may withdraw consent where the relevant processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Where a particular Service or functionality cannot lawfully be provided without processing for which consent is required, the consequences of refusing or withdrawing consent will be communicated to the User where applicable.

Other Legal Bases

Where Applicable Law provides another lawful basis for processing, the Provider may rely on that basis where appropriate.
The Provider does not rely on consent where another lawful basis is sufficient and appropriate for the relevant processing.
The Provider may rely on different legal bases for different processing activities involving the same category of Personal Data.
The applicable legal basis depends on the specific purpose and circumstances of the relevant processing and may change where the purpose or circumstances of processing change.

VII. Account and Authentification Data

The Provider processes Account and authentication data as necessary to create, maintain, secure and provide access to AngelImperatrix Accounts and to Services and Products that require or support Account functionality.
To create a standard Account, the User must provide an email address, a username and a password. The email address is used for Account identification and verification. The username serves as the Account's underlying identifier, while a separate Display Name may be configured for User-facing or public display purposes.
Following registration, the Provider sends a verification message to the email address provided by the User. The verification process uses a temporary hashed verification token to confirm access to the email address. Once verification is successfully completed, the Account becomes active and the token is no longer used for authentication or ordinary Account access. The Provider may retain the hashed token for up to 72 hours following verification where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve verification-related issues, after which it is deleted.
Passwords are stored using appropriate cryptographic security measures and are not stored as readable password information. The Provider does not currently provide an automated password recovery or password reset functionality.
The Provider processes session information, including the expiry of the current session, in order to maintain authenticated access and enforce session security. Where the User selects a persistent sign-in option, the relevant session may remain active without an ordinary expiry period, subject to the operation and security of the Account system.
Where a User connects an AngelImperatrix Product to an Account, the Provider may retain information indicating that the relevant Product has been connected to that Account.
An Account may be granted administrative privileges by the Provider. In addition to the information associated with a standard User Account, an Administrative Account may contain the ADMIN's real first name and surname, a second verified email address designated for administrative or work-related purposes, country, city, administrative role or rank information, and security information associated with administrative functionality.
Administrative privileges and access to User Data may differ according to the ADMIN's assigned role or rank. ADMIN access to User Data is limited to the extent reasonably necessary for the performance of authorised administrative, moderation, support, security or enforcement duties.
Where reasonably necessary to verify the authenticity of an ADMIN Account, the Provider may request an official or legal document containing sufficient information to verify the ADMIN's identity. Such a document is used solely for the relevant verification and is deleted immediately after the verification has been completed.

VIII. User Content, Submissions and Progress Data

The Provider processes User Content, Submissions and Progress Data where necessary to provide the relevant Services and Products.
Submissions made through Algorithmic Problems, including the source code contained in those Submissions, are stored in connection with the User's Account and are private by default. A Submission is not made available to other Users or to the public merely because it has been submitted for evaluation.
The Provider may retain Submissions, evaluation results, scores and related Progress Data in order to provide the relevant functionality, maintain the User's history and return previously submitted Solutions to the User where requested or supported by the relevant Service.
Progress Data may include tutorial progress, scores, achievements, badges, completion information and other data necessary to maintain the User's progress through a Service or Product.
User Content submitted through community or other interactive features may be processed and stored in order to provide those features. Where the User makes such content publicly available, the relevant content may be visible to other Users or members of the public.
The Provider does not claim ownership of User Content or Submissions solely as a result of storing or processing them. The rights and licences applicable to User Content and Submissions are governed by the Terms and any applicable Product-Specific Terms.
The Provider may access, process, restrict or remove User Content, Submissions or associated data where reasonably necessary to provide the relevant Service, maintain security, enforce the Terms, investigate abuse or comply with Applicable Law.

IX. Public User Content

Where a Service allows a User to publish posts, comments or other User Content publicly, the Provider processes the content and any Personal Data contained in or associated with it in order to provide the relevant community or communication functionality.
Public User Content may be visible to other Users or to members of the public, depending on the functionality of the relevant Service.
The User is responsible for considering what Personal Data is included in content before making that content public. The Provider does not require Users to publish Personal Data merely to use the relevant community functionality.
Public User Content may remain available after the User deletes their Account where continued availability is permitted by the relevant Service and the Terms. In such circumstances, the content may continue to be displayed under the applicable anonymised or deleted-Account designation.
The Provider may process, hide or remove Public User Content where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, enforcement of the Terms, protection of Users or compliance with Applicable Law.
Public User Content is distinct from Submissions made through Algorithmic Problems. Submissions are private by default and are not made public merely because they are stored or evaluated by the relevant Service.
The Provider does not use Public User Content for behavioural advertising or to create advertising profiles.

X. Data Shring and Third-Party Processors

The Provider does not sell, rent or otherwise commercially provide Personal Data to third parties.
The Provider may disclose or make Personal Data available to third parties where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure or support the Services and Products, where the User has requested or authorised such disclosure, or where required or permitted by Applicable Law.
Where the Provider uses a third party to process Personal Data on the Provider's behalf, that third party may process Personal Data only for the purposes and under the conditions applicable to the relevant Service, subject to appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards where required by Applicable Law.
Third parties may include providers of hosting, infrastructure, communications, email delivery, security, domain, DNS or other technical services used by the Provider.
The Provider may disclose Personal Data to competent authorities, courts, regulators or other authorised persons where required to comply with Applicable Law or a legally binding request.
The Provider may also disclose Personal Data where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, investigate security incidents, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce the Terms, or protect the rights, safety and legitimate interests of the Provider, Users or third parties.
The Provider does not provide ADMINs or other personnel with unrestricted access to User Data. Any internal access to Personal Data is limited to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant authorised duties.
The Provider does not disclose a User's private Submissions or source code to other Users or to the public merely because those Submissions are stored or evaluated through a Service.
Where a Product or Service is accessed through a Third-Party Service or Platform, Personal Data may also be processed by the relevant third party in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

XI. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The Services and Products may interact with or depend upon Third-Party Services and Platforms, including services used for domain registration, DNS, hosting, communications, distribution, marketplaces, payment processing, infrastructure, security or other technical functions.
Where a User accesses or uses a Third-Party Service or Platform in connection with an AngelImperatrix Service or Product, the relevant third party may process Personal Data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable terms.
The Provider does not control the privacy practices of Third-Party Services and Platforms and is not responsible for Personal Data processed independently by those third parties, except to the extent required by Applicable Law.
The Provider may use third-party providers to support the operation of the Services and Products. Where such a provider processes Personal Data on behalf of the Provider, the Provider will take the measures required by Applicable Law concerning the appointment and use of such processors.
The Provider may use Cloudflare services in connection with the Website and its associated infrastructure, including domain registration, DNS and web hosting or delivery services. The processing of Personal Data by Cloudflare is subject to Cloudflare's own privacy documentation and applicable terms.
Products distributed through third-party marketplaces or platforms may also be subject to the privacy practices and terms of those platforms. Where a User purchases, downloads, installs or uses a Product through such a platform, the relevant platform may process information in connection with that transaction or use.
The Provider does not currently process payments directly for the purchase of Products. Where payment functionality is provided by a third party, payment-related Personal Data is processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates a contractual relationship between the User and a Third-Party Service or Platform on behalf of that third party, or modifies the terms governing the User's relationship with that third party.

XII. Data Retention

The Provider retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, or for as long as required or permitted by Applicable Law.
Account Data is generally retained for as long as the relevant Account remains active or as otherwise necessary to provide the Services and Products associated with the Account.
Progress Data, Submissions, scores, achievements and other Account-associated data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality, maintain the User's history or fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Temporary verification information may be retained for up to 72 hours following successful email verification where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve verification-related issues, after which it is deleted.
An identity verification document provided by an ADMIN is deleted immediately after the relevant verification has been completed.
When an Account is deleted by the Account Holder, the Provider will delete or otherwise remove Personal Data associated with the Account where reasonably practicable, subject to data that must or may lawfully be retained for security, enforcement, legal, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes.
Public User Content may remain available after Account deletion as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms.
Data retained for security, enforcement, legal or other legitimate purposes will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

XIII. Data Security

The Provider takes reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, destruction or other unlawful or accidental processing.
Security measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, cryptographic protection, restricted administrative access and other measures appropriate to the nature of the Personal Data and the risks associated with its processing.
Access to Personal Data by ADMINs and other authorised personnel is restricted according to their duties and, where applicable, their administrative role or rank.
Passwords are protected using appropriate cryptographic security measures and are not intended to be stored as readable password information.
No method of transmission, storage or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Provider therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of Personal Data.
Where the Provider becomes aware of a Personal Data breach or other security incident requiring notification under Applicable Law, the Provider will take the measures required by Applicable Law.

XIV. Children's and Minor's Data

The Services and Products may have different age ratings or age requirements. The applicable age requirements for a particular Product or Service are described in the relevant Product-Specific Terms or other applicable information.
The Provider does not ordinarily perform identity or age verification as a condition of creating a standard Account.
The Provider recommends that Users under 16 years of age have their Account created or managed by a Parent or Guardian, particularly where the Account is used for online multiplayer, public communication or other interactive online functionality. This is a recommendation and is not, unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, a condition of Account eligibility.
Where Applicable Law establishes additional requirements concerning the processing of Personal Data belonging to a minor, those requirements apply regardless of the recommendations or age indications provided by the Provider.
The Provider may process Personal Data belonging to minors where such processing is permitted or required by Applicable Law and is necessary for the relevant Service or Product.
Where Applicable Law requires parental consent or another form of authorisation for processing Personal Data belonging to a minor, the Provider will take the measures required by that law.
The Provider does not knowingly request unnecessary Personal Data from minors through the standard Account registration process.

XV. Your Rights

Subject to Applicable Law, Users may have rights concerning the Personal Data processed by the Provider, including the right to:

  • request access to Personal Data concerning the User;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
  • request deletion of Personal Data in circumstances where the Provider is required to delete it;
  • request restriction of processing in circumstances provided by Applicable Law;
  • object to processing where Applicable Law provides a right to object;
  • request portability of Personal Data where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

The availability and scope of these rights depend on the circumstances and Applicable Law. Some rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations provided by law.
Requests concerning Personal Data may be submitted to the Provider using the contact information provided in Section XIX.
The Provider may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the person making a request before fulfilling it.
The Provider will respond to valid requests within the period required by Applicable Law.

XVI. Account Deletion and Data Removal

A User may delete their Account through the account functionality made available by the Provider.
Following Account deletion, the Provider will process the associated Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.
Personal Data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected will be deleted or otherwise removed where reasonably practicable, subject to lawful retention requirements or legitimate security, enforcement, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
Products and Services connected to the deleted Account will be disconnected from that Account.
Public User Content may remain available after Account deletion where permitted by the relevant Service and the Terms. Where such content remains available, it may continue to be displayed using the deleted-Account designation described in the Terms.
Deletion of an Account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of every copy of every item of data where retention is necessary or permitted by Applicable Law.
Deleting an Account does not prevent the User from creating another Account where permitted under the Terms.

XVII. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website and Services may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, authentication and other purposes.
The types of cookies and similar technologies used, their purposes, retention periods and any consent requirements applicable to them are described in the AngelImperatrix Cookie Policy.
Where Applicable Law requires consent for the use of a particular cookie or similar technology, the Provider will obtain that consent before using the relevant technology, unless an applicable legal exception applies.
A User may manage cookies through the relevant browser or device settings and, where provided, through the Website's cookie-management functionality.
